We practice a holistic approach to health and wellness. This natural approach incorporates all aspects of an individual’s lifestyle including physical activity, nutrition, environmental factors, physical and mental stress and sleeping habits and patterns. As we work together we will look at how you can make lasting food and lifestyle changes to improve your energy, metabolism and overall health.

Nutrition Coaching

Our approach towards nutrition is not to dwell on counting calories, but to introduce healthy eating habits that create long term well-being and sustainable weight loss. We believe that once the body is healthy, weight loss will happen naturally. We recommend eating fresh, organic, whole foods that are unprocessed, unrefined and free of chemicals found in commercial mass produced foods products. You will learn recipes that are delicious and nutrient dense. Over time, you will start to change your palate and crave healthier foods. With our support, you will also learn how to incorporate your healthier lifestyle choices into your busy routine until it becomes second nature.
